The one we sampled, Pesto Di Genoa, is entirely garnished with a mixture of basil, sundried tomatoes, sweet red pepper and garlic. The combination of the soft, delicate flavor of the mozzarella and the garnish was delightful.

This is an all natural cheese that is ideal to use on a cheese tray. Just surround with crackers, grapes or sliced apples, crisp breads , a good glass of wine, and you have a winner.
